Are these all correct?

It was sometime in mid 2014.
It was somewhere in mid 2014.
It was around mid 2014.

Use "sometime" to mean occasional or occasionally. " "Where" is usually not used in temporal locutions. "Mid 2014" is already an approximate date.

Use "sometime" to mean occasional or occasionally. If you're talking about some unspecified duration use "some time." "Where" is usually not used in temporal locutions.

"Mid 2014" is already an approximate date. You really don't need another qualifier.

It was in mid 2014 that I finally came to my senses.
