Are these all correct?

Today it's raining and cloudy. I need an umbrella and a raincoat
Today it is raining, and it is cold. The woman needs a raincoat and an umbrella
Today it's snowing. I have to wear a scarf and a hat.
The day before yesterday was sunny. I wore sunglasses.
The day after tomorrow will be cold. I have to wear a scarf and a hat.
Tomorrow will be cloudy.

Aside from a couple of absent periods, I can find only one fault, and it's a small one at that. You seem to have a good grasp on grammar. The day after tomorrow will be cold.
