Are there people who call themselves their names?

Are there people who call themselves their names? I would like to mean to say such as

Linda: Linda is going to go shopping after this with mom.

If there are them, which phrase do they use, "Linda am going to..." or "Linda is going to..." such as the above?

Thank you.

I thought some children do that, or in cartoons the language is used.-- Perhaps some children do in the process of language development. I cannot imagine that it occurs in cartoons specifically. In any case, neither situation is a productive one for your own language learning.

Thank you for your answer. It was good for me to know it! To know about other countries is very fun.

I just wondered about it. I don't think of following them, so it is okay. Many thanks for your concern.
