Are there better way to say this?

"Creative, optimistic and energetic are always being inside my blood." Seems adjectives can't be said in that way, are there a better way to say that?

You are right, it's wrong. One way to put it is: "Creativity, optimism and energy are in my blood." (The idiom is "in one's blood". "Always" is redundant with it.)
