Are there any mistakes in this small passage ?

Hello,
Would anyone tell me whether there are some mistakes in my passage ?
This is the passage :
A Small Passage About eating habits :
In the past, eating habits were well-known for everyone, people used to eat their home-made food three times a day, and there were no restaurants and fast food like these days, they also used to be aware of what they eat depending on healthy food and natural drink that keeps the body fit and away of illnesses, but nowadays, everything has changed, and there are more and more different ways of eating habits, of course, every generation has its lifestyle, and every one now has his own favorite time and place to eat, and the majority of young people tend to eat fast food and takeaways rather than eating their home-made food, and the problem is that fast food is not really considered as a healthy food and it could be undercooked sometimes, so they are not aware of how this kind of food could be dangerous, harmful and also could destroy their health early and prevent them from living longer, personally, I think we don't have to be restricted in eating home-made food like our grandparents, because we are living a completely different life, but also we need to reduce the amount of fast food we consume, and keep eating healthy food as much as we can, especially our home-made food and the food which comes from nature in order to keep ourselves away from diseases and to live much longer.
