Are there a lot of grammatical errors on this site?

Hello this should be no advertisement. We did this webpage here for one of our clients and someone said that the text needs to be redone by an english native speaker since there are too many grammatical errors and translation errors? "Someone" was right. It's not completely awful, but it needs work. Some of it sounds German.
