Have I written the underlined parts correctly? Can I use such words in this context?
The bank will carry the submission into effect on the 5th working day after the date of executing the submission or on the date selected by the client, if such a date has been selected.
With "executing" I mean "preparing, making"etc.
Thanks

"Submission" here means something submitted or tendered. Presumably by the client. So it's not clear what the bank is doing preparing and making it.

Presumably by the client.
So it's not clear what the bank is doing preparing and making it.
Likely the client will expect a five-day delay between submission and execution, but not a five-day delay after the bank gets around to doing its work of preparing and making.
Perhaps you could describe this process a little more.
