Statement 1: "In this hour, I will refuse nothing to a soul that makes a request of me. During this hour, you can obtain everything for yourself for asking"

Statement2: "In this hour, if someone makes a request, I will not refuse it. During this hour, you will obtain everything you ask"

are statement 1 and statement 2 the same?
