Are the two sentences grammatically correct?

Ms. Kylie has requested that we advise her joining date so that she can inform her HR accordingly. Her HR keeps asking about his joining date as her current contract with their company is expiring next week.

Ms. Kylies is asking when she can join our office because her contract with the existing company is expiring next week, so her HR is making issues.
