'Last time I saw her was five months ago.'

'Didn't she recommend you to go get yourself a job?'

'Yes, she advised me that it probably would be a smart choice.'

'And what about you? What did you think?'

'I don't know...'

'So you have thought about it?'

'Of course I have.'

Are the tenses used here perfectly natural? (Please correct anything you find unnatural.)

Also, is it OK to use 'So you have thought about it?' to mean 'So you have considered it?'
