Are the tenses correct?

How would you write the following and which tenses are correct?

Only if he catches/caught the ball with his back to the basket, I would do that.
Only if he catches/caught the ball with his back to the basket would I do that.

Had I been sitting a little more my left, I would have gotten the ball in my face.
Only if I had been sitting more my left would I have gotten the ball in my face.

If they win the tip which [is what] you [would] expect them to do,.....
