Are the structure Absolute Construction or Inverted Order?

Here is the sentence:

So for those of you who have had DACA and need to renew it they will be accepting it,"

"So great great news for DACA that we will now be able to do DACA renewals."

The original website is : https://www.azcentral.com/story/news/local/arizona-breaking/2018/01/13/federal-government-begins-accepting-daca-renewals-following-court-order/1032100001/

Here is my question:

I could not comprehend the structure of these two sentence which are 'So for those of you' and 'So great great news for DACA' for there are no verb in these two phrase. I am confused by comprehending the phrase. Are the two phrase Absolute Construction or Inverted Order in the sentence? How could I distinguish the constructure?

I hope you can help me, thank you!
