Are the sentences well structured

Are the sentences well structured?

The engineer is back on site. He has replaced the power unit for the double doors. The right leaf is now working, but the left leaf is still not working. He thinks that the cable for the left leaf could be damaged, which might have blown off the power unit.

He has suggested to run a cable from the door that is working to the other one , so he can get them working at the same time. However, he says that he will send you his report so that you can decide.
