Are the sentences correct? - your opinion please

Dear teachers,

I´m writing a report but I am not sure if the following sentences are grammatically correct and/or if they sound ok. Could you please give me your opinion (... please, please). The sentences are:

1) Although multiple non-conformances (3 non-conformances) have been raised against section 2, this section had not been downgraded to a non-satisfactory rating. It has not been downgraded because two of the non-conformances were related to the same document, which highlighted an individual incident and any particular trend with the need of a non-satisfactory rating.

2) The FormA had not been signed by personA. This was explained by the fact that, under the contract, personB was the planning supervisor (the responsible for signing the form). Hence, Form A had only been completed by personA and sent to person B for signature.

3) To avoid any confusion and ensure the information is readily retrievable it would be beneficial to append to the unsigned Form A a copy of the email sent to personB.

4) The Health Risk Assessment had been undertaken for the project XXXX but by mistake it had not been appended to the pre-construction health and safety plan.

5) An individual folder within the auditee´s email box should be opened for the project XXX to ensure easy access to the correspondence (emails) related to this project.

And that´s all, I would really appreciate if you could help me with this.

Many thanks in advance,

Annita

Hi Annita-- welcome to English Forums. Not bad, but it suffers from past-perfect overkill and formalitis. For example, #1 would read more clearly as: 1) Although 3 non-conformances were raised against section 2, it was not downgraded to a non-satisfactory rating; two of the non-conformances were related to the same document, which highlighted an individual incident and any particular trend with the need of a non-satisfactory rating .
