Are the seasonings and condiments same?

when should I use seasoning then when should I use condiments?

I'm surely not a cook. I tend to think of "condiments" as stuff you put on at the time of eating the "thing," like catsup, mustard, relish, etc. put on a hotdog.

I suppose salt and pepper fall into both categories

I can say people add both them to improve the flavor , if you ask which one is condiment and which is seasoning it can be differentiate by who adds them..;-)
