Are the format and grammar correct?

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your prompt response.
This email is in reference to your reply to Mr. Ashok. I am Pawan, his brother in law. As you rightly said in your email, I am pursuing my Master’s and will graduate in the month of April, 2011. The week of December – January (27th – 18th), I will be in India, and would love the opportunity to visit you about the position. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss my candidacy for the position. Thank you once again for your consideration. Look to hearing from you.
Regards Pawan
