Reverse is more natural to my ear. However, we hear turn upside down as well. I'm not sure they would always be interchangeable.

Reverse is more natural to my ear. However, we hear turn upside down as well. I'm not sure they would always be interchangeable. Let's wait to hear what other native speakers have to say.
