Are the following sentences correct? Am I missing something? and why please? Thanks a million for your help.

What happened if Jake has/have a gun in his pocket? Can I put "s" on "happen" too?

I wish Jessica was not here today.

My named is Jason. I was born in 1987 in the city of Los Angeles. The high school that I attended was William Workman High School. Do I put "d" on "name"

How come it takes Jason a long time just to get here?

I got a free tickets to see Madonna in Las Vegas. Do you want to come with me?

I was about to throw-up when I went on that roller coaster. Does comma after throw-up?
