Are the following sentence grammatically correct? Thank you in advance for your help

The following Monday is Council Hearing. January 20 is open and there are no scheduling conflicts that I know of. I don’t know if this date will work for you, the Mayor, Council Members and the City Manager. I remember they usually have some kind of conference in January.
