Are the example sentences correct?

Hi. I think all three of the following are correct. I like number 4 best and I like numbers 1 and 3 equally next.

1. I like reading books. Sometimes it's hard but I always try to do it.

2. I like reading books. Sometimes it's hard to read them, but I always try my best at it.

3. I like reading books. Sometimes it's hard to do it but I always try my best.
