Yes, they're fine, if you want the reader to pause a bit after "salon". The one after "salon: is optional though: you can often find her at a salon or at some drugstore... etc.

Probably others will tell you the one before "trying" is also optional if you omit the one after "salon," but I think it reads better with it.

You could also keep the comma after "salon", but omit the one after "drugstore".

The implication would then be that the "trying to find a new color" only occurs at the drugstore. What she does at the salon is anybody's guess.
