Are the both sentences correct?

I am doing preparation for the training tomorrow. If Jack helped me, it would be great.


I am doing preparation for the training tomorrow. If Jack helps me, it will be great.


are both sentences correct and if yes, what’s the difference in meaning? Thanks.
