Are the both conversation correct?

Jenifer: Hi, Jack. Are you going to Alex's party?
Jack: he hasn't invited me yet. If doesn't invite me, I will not go there.

Jennifer: Hi, Jack. Are you going to Alex's party?
Jack: he hasn't invited me yet. If he didn't invite me, I wouldnt go there.
