Are sentence correct?

Dear Ms Tan,
We asked the rule for import with FORM E by our customs, the information as follows :
1.The goods produce at your warehouse in China, then, send them to you with FORM E issue by Authority of China
2.When the goods come to your country in Singapore, you should keep this goods at control customs warehouse before export the goods to us.
3. You should issue the FORM E by your Authority in Singapore before export the goods to us and the FORM E can be used if you mark at item “Movement certificate” in Box 13. This FORM E called Movement certificate FORM E, not Back to back FORM E.
4.Due to the Invoice, BL issue by you and export the goods from Singapore, you should bring the fist FORM E for issue the MOVEMENT CERTIFICATE FORM E. And the quantity of goods for export no more than the quantity which indicated on the first FORM E.
