Are 'polished/revised/edited/proofread' and 'made congruent with' correctly used in my sentence?

Are 'polished/revised/edited/proofread' and 'made congruent with' correctly used in my sentence? Please help me.

Professor Lee suggested that Chapter 5, the last chapter, of Alice's research study be polished/revised/edited/proofread and that her conclusions be made congruent with her recommendations.
