Are my uses of the hyphen correct?

In the following sentences is my usage of the hyphenated words correct?

'Tears were built-up in my eyes.'
'She was ill-looking.'
'It was non-important to me anymore.'
'Soon, my arms would be full-on red again.'

Also, when writing 'six feet under', would you bother hyphenating 'six feet' or would you just leave as is.

Thanks
Ryan
