Are my sentences natural

Hi teachers,

Are my sentences below natural and grammatically correct? If not please do correct and reply me please.

1.traffic polices have to catch the people who are violating traffic rules and fine them more.

2.Most of the people are facing many health problems because of the fog which is produced at the traffic and on roads.
