Are my sentences grammatically correct and natural?

On 5th May, I tried to make an online transfer from my current account with the reference number RTA12635400, but the transaction was failed. I tried couple of times, but all my attempts were unsuccessful, and no amount was debited from my account. However, I can make online transfer from my savings account, not from my current account. The screenshots are attached for your reference, which are self-explanatory.

As a result, I urge that you look into this matter and resolve it as early as possible.
