Are my sentences gramatically correct?

I have an essay about school lunches due tomorrow and I am not sure if these two sentences are gramatically correct.

A student must intake one serving of fruit, one serving of vegetable, one main entrée, one pint of milk and/or a small carton of fruit juice as a basis for the requirement of intake. A combination of this may include: a 50-calories ripe apple, a 90-calories small bag of baby carrots, a 220-calories corn dog with an 88-calories serving of tater tots, a 205-calories pint of 2% chocolate milk and optionally a carton of fruit juice.
