Are my sentences good with the word "to pour"?

1. She poured me some milk.

2. She poured some milk for me.

3. She poured some milk.

4. She poured out some milk.

5. She poured out some milk for me.

Are they all good?

I think this verb "to pour" is used very differently, so it makes me so confused and hard to memorize.
