Are my sentences correct, please?

Hello!

Please, are my sentences correct?

a. Janette went to the supermarket to buy some supplies.





b. The girl didn’t wake up yet. She's really very tired.



Right after = immediately after (correct ?)

(a) is fine. (b) is OK, but I would use the present perfect, to show that it is in the past, but of interest in the present: The girk has not woken up yet. She's really tired.
