Are my sentences correct?

1. Currently I am at outside and will call you back after reaching home.
2. Currently he is at outside and he will call you back after reaching his home.

Consider this basic idea.
A) I am outside I am not under a roof. I am not inside a building. (Note we don't use 'at'.)
B) I am out. I am not in my home. Or in a business context, I am not in my workplace.

In both your sentences, use B.
