This sentence is correct, although the question is a bit strange. Keep in mind, though, that "for" at the beginning of the sentence is unnecessary, and some might tell you to drop it, as it adds nothing to the sentence. So you can say: "How long will you work for ABC?"

Chandrasekhar Reddy3. For how long will you stay in ABC company?

Same response as for #2. However, change "in" to "at" or "with". You work at/for Microsoft or IBM, not in. So:
"How long will you stay at/with ABC?"

The use of 'will' seems to me to be an attempt to predict the future. It doesn't work for my ear. I'd substitute one of these:

How long are you going to [work for / stay at]ABC?
How long do you intend to [work for / stay at] ABC?
How long do you think you'll [work for / stay at] ABC?

Instead of this I'd use one of the same three questions I showed you above.
