Are my sentences correct?

1. I am unable to login to gmail using the credentials.
2. I am unable to login to ABC bank web site using the credentials.

"Credentials" is a technical term - possibly jargon - used to refer to login details. It's not wrong to use it, but it may not be understood by everyone.

However, "the credentials" is less acceptable because it is non-specific. You would normally say: "I am unable to login using my credentials" or "...using the supplied credentials".
