Are my sentences correct?

1. As you are the superior, your subordinates may not dare to talk about your failures in front of you. But they do talk about them behind your back.
2. As he is the superior, his subordinates may not dare to talk about his failures in front of him. But they do talk about them behind his back.
3. As they are the superiors, their subordinates may not dare to talk about their failures in front of them. But they do talk about them behind their backs.
