Are my sentences correct?

1. I have so many thoughts in my mind.
2. Don't develop any negative thoughts in your mind.
3. Please put into practice whatever thoughts you have in your mind.
4. Please revert back to me for any clarifications.
5. Please let me know if there are any impediments which are stopping you from progressing so that we can discuss and sort out the issues.
