Are "is when" and "is where" proper grammar?

Is it grammatically correct to use "when" or "where" as adverbs like in the following examples?

1. "Tomorrow is when you will take the test"

Is it grammatically correct to use "when" or "where" as adverbs like in the following examples?

Yes. Those are correct. (Personally, I don't regard those patterns as the most elegant in the English language, but they are possible.)
