a. Many more exoplanets are likely to be found.

b. Many more exoplanets are found.

c. Many more exoplanets are to be found.

My questions are below:

1. Which sentences express the general statement and which express the future statement?

2. "To-infinitive" is used not only to express purpose or future statement but also to express general statement depending on context" am I right?
