are eligible/qualified for

We thank you for your continuos business with us for the past three years. Because you have surpassed our 1500 yearly service bill requirement to qualify for our VIP services, you are now eligible for a Gold Members Card.

Hi,
Is it the same to write "you are now qualified for a Gold Members Card" instead of the final sentence in the above? Thanks.

Thanks, Mister.
Is it also right and about the same to say "now you qualify for a Gold Members Card."

Yes. I'm more concerned about 'Members'—is that precisely the way the company has written it? Not 'Member' or 'Member's'?

Thanks, Mister.
Yes, that's precisely the way it is written. But it's done not by the company but by a simulated test. It's from a from TOEIC simulated test. Is it a typo? Should it read " a Gold Member's Card?"
