It's the usual case of commas for a non-defining clause, otherwise no commas. I think normally one would expect this to be a defining clause, so no commas would be required.

It depends on how you look at the sentence. If everybody in this group called "we" is a follower of XYZ, the commas are necessary. If not, they should be left out. If "we" refers to a small group of people, use the commas.
