'are' can be replaced by 'get'

Is there a better one? May 'ashamed' be used like this?

You get ashamed very easily.
You are ashamed very easily.

No. Both versions don't make much idiomatic sense . "Ashamed" is used with any form of "be" verb, but not "get". i.e. You should be ashamed of yourself....". You may say " she feels ashamed of her past "
