Are both of these sentences grammatically correct?

Hi, experts! I have a question.
Are these sentences grammatically correct regardless of the order?

Crops are usually planted in spring by farmers.
Crops are usually planted by farmers in spring.

She was laughed at for her mistakes by her friends.
She was laughed at by her friends for her mistakes.

I mean, I wonder whether the order can change like the examples.
