Two business men have just yelled at each other after some disagreements. As they both cool down, one of the men asks -

"How do we move on from this?"/How do we move past this?"

To which the other man answers -

"Why don't we go out and grab a drink, then we can talk work again tomorrow."

Are both of the highlighted sentences natural in this context?
