Are both of these correct?

Dear teachers

Please review the two sentences:

I didn't get banned with my old account, I just forgot the password to it.

VS

I didn't get banned from my old account, I just forgot the password to it.

Are they both correct?

I thought with means due to in this context, that's why I used it. As in :

I got banned because of my new account, but I didn't get banned from this site with my old account.

Is it still wrong? I think it probably is, but please conform this for me.

I confirm that it is wrong in your original post. It also seems wrong to me in your second example above.
