Are both correct?

1) I would like to know how she did.
2) I would like to know how she does.
Are both correct if she hasn't finished whatever she's doing yet.

Thank you Philip but what I meant is I would like to know how she did or does as in if she is competing in something and I'm leaving so I won't be around till the end to see how she did.

Yes.

1) ... how she did (after she (has) finished) (when you know how she did)
2) ... how she does (when she (eventually) does it)

Conceptually, 1) is the past of the future and 2) is the future of the present. (These are not names of tenses, though!)
