I try give intrinsic meaning to the following sentence;

I mean what I say.

A. the beginning stage:
a. I have what I say in my mind as a purpose.
b. What I say is in my mind as a purpose.
c. What I say is an intended aim.

B. the performance stage:

a. The purpose of my action is what I say.
b. My action is for the purpose of what I say.
