Are all the following questions grammatical?

Where are you headed?

Where are you headed to?

Where are you heading?

Where are you heading to?

Greetings I presume, they are grammatically correct but where are you heading. Where are you headed doesn't make sense because it means to be Ahead not way direction you are heading . Regards Obaid

All four are used. They are all grammatical. They all have the same meaning.

But I prefer #1.
