Are all the commas needed in the paragraph?

Hi teachers,

When Arthur, Deborah’s husband, was younger, he worked very hard, at least sixty hours a week. He still works hard but not as hard as he used to. He only does about forty hours a week now. Why? Because for him life has become more important than his work.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Mister Micawber,
Thank you very much for your help. I was worried if there were too many and it turns out to be that I need two more.
