Are all the answers wrong?

I found this question, NO. 4, in a respectable book and it made me confused due to its answers.

Question 4: I believe that time planning is necessary if one wants to be a/an ........... .

a. achievement b. success c. determination d. challenge

Are all the answers wrong, because supposedly the right answer should be 'successful' NOT 'success', or what do you think?
