Are all of these correct?

- Mia wakes up in bed as her phone’s ringing.
- Mia’s phone rings, waking her up in bed.
- By the ringing of her phone, Mia wakes up in bed.

Could you give me some feedback on these? Are they all correct? Which one is more natural? Do you have better options?
